International Multi-Ethnic Study of Atherosclerosis tracked eating patterns & a measure of kidney function closely linked to risk of cardiovascular disease. Of 5,042 adults ages 45 to 84, those consuming at least one lowfat milk serving daily averaged 37% better kidney function. |
